Girl Camp is a great way for girls ages 10-14 to spend their summers while parents are working, but it’s also something that can have lasting benefits. A summer adventure where girls build confidence, make new friends, and explore their creativity in a fun, empowering space! This summer we are offering 6 different summer camps with different themes.
Week 1: Empowerment + Confidence (May 27-30)
Week 2: Outdoor Adventure (June 2-5)
Week 3: Health, Fitness + Wellness (June 16-19)
Week 4: Creativity + Crafts (June 23-26)
Week 5: Beauty + Self-Care (July 14-17)
Week 6: Life Skills + Independence (July 28-31)
Girl Camp is 4 days a week from 9-3pm and will have 5 Pillars…
1. Healthy Eating- Learning skills in the kitchen, how to chop, make an easy meal, a smoothie, how to make healthy snacks and lunches. Shopping, planning, and creating a healthy relationship with food.
2. Move your Body- Each day will be a new way to move your body. Whether it is Zumba, silent disco, pilates, stretching, strength training, or a nature walk.
3. Healthy mind- Teaching skills like journaling, meditation, tapping, mindfulness, and breathing. They will get to experience a sound bath, yoga and how to connect with nature.
4. Life Skills- I have curated some incredible instructors to teach classes like financial success, how to make friends, how to make solve conflict, and how to sew a button. Creating a safe space in your room, how to care for a houseplant, and how to interview for a job. So many valuable skills.
5. Creative- Love art, being creative, and cannot wait to inspire these young ladies. From tie-dye, pressed flowers, painting, and photography, the week will be jam-packed.
