This summer, NW Film Camp returns to the Idaho State Museum in Boise with creative filmmaking programs for kids and teens. Held as week-long day camps on the museum grounds, the camps invite aspiring young storytellers (typically ages 8–11 in Creator Camp and ages 12–17 in Filmmaker Camps) to dive into the world of movie-making — from scriptwriting and storyboarding to shooting and editing their own short films using professional equipment and software. Participants collaborate in teams, build new skills, and share their finished projects with friends and family, all in a fun, supportive environment focused on creativity and teamwork.
