Sparklight Movie Night – Meridian

  • Sparklight Movie Night is a Meridian Parks and Recreation summer favorite—Sparklight Movie Nights! Enjoy this free, family-friendly movie experience under the stars every other Friday night throughout the summer in Settlers Park. Bring your favorite people, grab your low back lawn chairs and settle in for a relaxed evening outdoors. Our giant inflatable movie screen sets up by 7:00 pm, with the movie starting at dusk. Arrive early to enjoy the park, treats from the concession stand, and take part in pre-movie activities. Thanks to generous local sponsors, this event is completely free. Come early, stay late, and make it a movie night to remember!

Silver Screen on the Green – Nampa

  • Silver Screen on the Green by Nampa Parks and Recreation is pleased to offer free movies in the park throughout the summer! Come out to the park and enjoy the silver screen on a large inflatable movie screen. Grab a blanket, a lawn chair, family and friends, and head to Midway Park and Lakeview Park in Nampa for a summer of fun.

Movies on the Greenbelt – Kuna

  • Moonlight Movies Summer Series with the City of Kuna! Bring your family and friends, blanket, lawn chairs, popcorn and snacks for this fun movie watching event. The season has a showing during the months of June, July and August with one special showing for Spooky Movie Night in October.

Movie on the Blue – Downtown Boise

  • Movie on the Blue. Boise State Athletics is hosting Movie on The Blue on Friday, May 29 at 7 p.m. Jurassic Park was selected through an online poll and is rated PG-13 by the Motion Pictures Association of America for several intense sequences that might be alarming to younger viewers.

IdahoBCA Family Movie Night – Downtown Boise

  • JUNE 19, 2026 – AT DUSK. Join us as we celebrate Juneteenth with a Family Movie Night at Cherie Buckner‑Webb Park! Movies will begin at dusk, once it’s dark enough for the projection equipment to work properly. The event is free and open to all ages — no tickets required. Bring blankets and warm clothing — temperatures cool off after dark. Bring a picnic or purchase food from an on‑site food vendor. No dogs, please. Service animals are always welcome. Low‑back camp chairs are welcome. Bring a flashlight to safely exit the park after the movie. Parking is limited — additional parking is available in nearby downtown garages. The first 50 people to sign up will receive a free hotdog!
