1. Ten Mile Farms

This brand new pumpkin patch officially opens Friday, September 19 at 4PM. A-maze-ing family fun awaits! Get lost in our corn maze, pick the perfect pumpkin, enjoy hayrides, a corn pit, and a straw bale tower slide! Creating fall memories for all ages.
2. Pumpkin Palooza

Pumpkin Palooza is Treasure Valley’s premier urban pumpkin patch! Bring your family for a day of fun, pumpkins, rides, fall photo opportunities, inflatables, a hay maze, train rides, a petting zoo, axe throwing, carnival games, and so much more!
3. Lowe Family Farmstead

Pick pumpkins at our patch, take an authentic tractor-drawn hayride, wander through our beautiful flower field, enjoy some farm-fresh food, and of course, get lost in Idaho’s Original Corn Maze. We have something for everyone to enjoy!
4. Shindig Farms

Get lost in the amazing straw maze, slide down the giant slides, soar through the air the zip lines, enjoy the swings and corn pit, pick the perfect pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, indulge in delicious fall snacks & food trucks, bounce on the jump pad, and take a fun tractor ride!
5. Jordan’s Pumpkin Patch

Jordan’s Pumpkin Patch is an element of Jordan’s Garden Center and Seasonal Market that’s open year round during the fall. They have a hay maze, petting zoo, corn pit, toys, and photo ops. All free of charge. They are in the process of adding a hay ride as well. They offer a huge variety of pumpkins and fall decorations. HUGE pumpkins, Cinderella pumpkins, warty pumpkins, green, red, yellow and white pumpkins, minis, corn stalks, and straw bales. They pride themselves on building their pumpkin patch to be an affordable experience.
6. Lovely Hollow Farm’s Pumpkin Days + Marketplace

7. Cherry Hill Farms

We offer two maze paths in our 8-acre corn maze for those who like a good challenge, and a smaller hay bale maze for the little ones. Our Fall Festival features our corn maze and maze game, barrel cart rides for the kids, tube slides, car track, farm animals, corn hole, large straw bale maze with activities, cherry pit sandbox, and tractor tire playgrounds. Don’t leave without picking and purchasing your perfect pumpkin from our pumpkin patch. Fresh produce will be available for purchase at our farm store as well as refreshing ice cream treats, donuts, hot dogs, and other yummy food. We will also have u-picks available during the Fall Festival hours.
8. Three Sisters Greenhouse Mumkin Fest

Enjoy the Fall family fun at the Mumkin Fest pumpkin patch at 3 Sisters Greenhouse! We have a zipline, giant bounce pad, animal train, a pumpkin slingshot, games, hay rides, a pumpkin patch, and more! Tickets are $12 for ages 4 and over. Littles age 0-3 are free!
9. Jeremy’s Pumpkins

Jeremy’s Pumpkins has been a family owned pumpkin patch in Star Idaho for the past 36 years. Get straw bales, pumpkins, and corn stalks!
10. The Berry Ranch

Take a hayride to the patch and pick-your-own pumpkin leaving to the field Saturday 10 am-6 pm; Sunday 1 pm-6 pm, and Monday 4 pm – 6 pm. Walk to the Patch Mon thru Friday 10-1.
11. Cabalo’s Orchard

12. Wissel Farms

Our U-Pick location is located in northeast Nampa, at a separate location from our Farmstand. It offers a hands-on experience to pick your own vegetables grown by a professional farmer with decades of experience. Sometimes you’ll even catch Farmer Matt on-site, happy to answer any questions you have—talk about getting to know your farmer! Not to mention the fun hayrides!
13. Anderson Apple Ranch
Location: 4550 Harvest Lane, Emmett, ID 83617
Dates: Open 10am-6pm Fridays & Saturdays from the last Saturday in September through October 31
No reservation required! We have Oregon Red Delicious and Golden Delicious apples for you to choose from. We provide the baskets to pick with, please provide your own storage for the apples to be transported home. Each customer is allowed to eat as many apples on site as they would like, and will be charged for the pounds of apples that you take home.
14. Candy Apple Orchard
Location: 4500 Harvest Lane, Emmett, Idaho 83617
Dates: Opening Day of the 2026 Season projected as Monday, September 28
Our orchard has a variety of trees including Red Delicious, Golden Delicious and Rome Beauties. All three are a good eating apple depending on your preference and are much better picked from the tree than from the grocery store. All u-pick varieties are priced at $1.00 per pound.
15. Tyler’s Rocky Point Orchard
Location: 993 Hermosa St. Emmet, ID

Plums and Apples, self-serve daily. $20 per gallon.
16. Williams Fruit Ranch
Location: 2455 W South Slope Rd, Emmett, ID 83617
Dates: Open mon-sat 9am-6pm, Sunday 10-5pm
Family owned and operated Fruit Ranch in Emmett ID since 1890. One of the longest continually operating orchard in the valley We grow Cherries, Peaches, Nectarines, Plums, Prunes and Apples during each fruit’s season. Open daily for U-pick during the season.
Harvest Festivals & Fall Events
1. Spaulding Ranch Neighborhood Pumpkin Patch + Fall Festival
Location: Spaulding Ranch Site, 3805 N Cole Rd, Boise, ID
Date: October 10, 2026 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Celebrate fall on the ranch with Boise Parks and Recreation! Bring a wagon and pick a free pumpkin. Free face painting will also be available! Visit Spaulding Ranch and help us harvest our seasonal crop of pumpkins. Please, one pumpkin per person – available while supplies last. There will also be opportunities to connect with Boise Parks and Recreation team members and learn about ongoing projects and future plans at this unique urban agriculture park located off Cole Road in the West Bench area. Enjoy activities hosted by neighborhood partners, family-friendly programming, and more throughout the hour.
2. 33rd Annual Emmett Harvest Festival Street Fair
Location: Located in Emmett on Main Street and Washington Ave
Dates: September 25, 2026 12pm-7pm & September 26, 2026 10am-7pm
Join us for the Emmett Harvest Festival Street Fair with arts & crafts vendors, delicious food and family friendly Fall fun! Grab your camera to capture the many memories made at this annual festive event.
3. 2026 Treasure Valley Family YMCA Harrison Classic Kid’s Race
Location: Harrison Blvd
Date: Sunday, October 4th at 3PM-5PM
Everyone who participates in the YMCA Harrison Classic is a winner when they take a jog down Boise’s scenic Harrison Boulevard. This one-mile kids run/walk is all-inclusive and family friendly. All participants will receive a t-shirt, medal and healthy snack at the end of the race! Register HERE
4. 2026 Scarecrow Stroll

Autumn is just around the corner, and Scarecrow Stroll is back! Wander through the Garden to discover imaginative, handcrafted scarecrows around every turn, or join the fun by creating your own to be part of this beloved community tradition.
5. Eagle Harvest Fest

Squash those post summer blues by putting on your favorite flannel and leaf your worries behind as you stroll through a bushel of fun that kicks off the fall season. Eagle Harvest Fest! Come down to enjoy the wonder-fall fiddle music, shop the vendors for some gourd-geous finds, eat some a-maize-ing food, or watch the blacksmiths hammer out a good time, there will be plenty of fun for everyone!

1. Harrison Boulevard Trick-or-Treating
Location: Harrison Blvd, Boise North End
Date: October 31st
Harrison Boulevard in Boise’s North End is the city’s premier trick-or-treating destination, famous for its elaborate Halloween decorations, festive atmosphere, and thousands of visitors on Halloween night. The street is closed to vehicle traffic on October 31st, creating a safe environment for families and a decades-long community tradition. Residents go all out with decorations and candy, making it a memorable Boise experience for trick-or-treaters.
2. Zoo Boise’s Boo at the Zoo
Location: 355 Julia Davis Dr, Boise, ID 83702
Dates: Saturday, October 24th, Sunday October 25th, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The best family Halloween event in town! Trick or treat candy stations, costume contests for all ages, face painting, vendors, special Halloween-themed treats for the zoo animals, and more await the entire family.
3. JUMP or Treat
Location: Jack’s Urban Meeting Place, 1000 W Myrtle St, Boise, ID 83702
Date: Sat October 24th, 2026 from 5-8 PM
Our famous inflatables will transform the JUMP grounds into an inflatable forest! Dress up in your most boo-tiful costumes and gather at JUMP for an evening filled with laughter and spooky delight. As you wander, local nonprofits will be there to share treats and treasures with JUMP-or-treaters of all ages.
4. Night of a Thousand Pumpkins
Location: Eagle City Hall, 660 E Civic Ln Eagle, ID 83616
Date: October 24, 2026 – 6 pm to 9 pm
Join us, if you dare, for our 4th annual Night of a Thousand Pumpkins! Come dressed as your favorite ghoul and go through the always popular Trunk-or-Treat, witness the spooky decorations throughout the grounds of the Haunted City Hall, take part in the Return of the Chili Cook Off, and see the spectacle of 1,000 carved jack-o-lanterns placed throughout the entire area. And as the night goes on, there will be plenty of other activities and food trucks to help keep you busy with spooky fun.
We will also be collecting food donations for those in need. The Eagle Food Bank will provide donation bins for canned and other non-perishable food items, located inside Eagle City Hall and the Community Hall during the event. The event is free to attend, donations are not required, but gladly accepted.
5. Haunted World

Welcome to Idaho’s Largest Indoor and Outdoor Haunted Attraction: The Haunted World! Since the year 2000, we’ve perfected the art of fear. As the largest indoor and outdoor haunted attraction and haunted house in the state, we offer more frightening entertainment than anyone else. We offer a spooky experience that is guaranteed to scare the pants off you, your friends, or your family. Expect around 1½ hours on weekdays, and around 2 hours on weekends, to experience The Haunted World. While there’s no age limit to visit, just know this is an attraction based on fright!
Fall Eats & Drinks
1. Meridian Oktoberfest 2026
Location: Downtown Meridian – 201 E Idaho St.
Date: October 3rd, 2026, 10 AM – 9 PM
We have a fantastic lineup of activities planned to keep the excitement going all day long. Whether you’re a music enthusiast, a foodie, or someone who enjoys lively contests, there’s something for everyone at our Oktoberfest. There’s even a yodeling contest!
2. Das Alpenhaus Oktoberfest
Location: 1340 S Vista Avenue
Date: Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19 from 3-10pm
Das Alpenhaus Deli’s Oktoberfest is happening Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19 from 3-10pm at 1340 S Vista Avenue. This is the most authentic you’ll find! Expect traditional Volksmusik and Oktoberfest music from local bands, plus all the classic eats like pretzels, schweinehaxe, brats, and German potato salad. There’s German and Austrian Oktoberfest beers, red wine, a chilled white wine, soft drinks, and water. No outside beverages (even water) allowed. It’s kid and dog-friendly, but it is kind of hectic and loud and can get crowded, so keep that in mind!
3. Payette’s Oktoberfest
Location: Payette Provisions
Date: Friday, September 18 from 5-10pm and Saturday, September 19 from 2-10pm
Two full days of bier, brats, and Bavarian fun. Admission is free and open to all ages. Tokens are $8/token and can be used to buy a 20ml bier fill or 2 Acme Bakeshop pretzels. Also you have to have a Payette Oktoberfest branded steins or boots to use at the event, which you can bring from previous years or purchase there. You can pre-purchase tokens and steins, which is definitely the move because then you get to skip the line! In addition to the drinking there will be live music, activities and games, and German-inspired food. Kids are welcome, chill dogs on leashes are welcome, and lederhosen, dirndls, and Bavarian hats highly encouraged.
4. Old Boise Oktoberfest
Location: In the street at 6th & Grove
Date: Sept 26, 2026 from 2-10pm
Old Boise Oktoberfest is happening Saturday, September 26 in the street at 6th & Grove from 2-10pm. Enjoy games, dancing, food, Oktoberfest bier, and live music from DJ Eric Rhodes. Tix are $10 or $5 for ages 12 and under.
5. Nampa Oktoberfest
Location: Nampa Civic Center
Date: Sept 26, 2026 from 3-9pm
There will be food, drinks, a brat eating contest, a stein holding competition, a cornhole tournament, German outfit contest, live Music by Jace Kempke, and more. Tix start at $55 and include a mug, drink token, and brat token.
