Boise’s 4th of July Parade

Come gather in Idaho’s Capital City to celebrate our Nation’s birth. The downtown Boise parade travels on Jefferson and Bannock streets in front of the State Capitol. Our community comes together to celebrate our freedoms and the blessing it is to be an American. Join the festivities as a parade participant or spectator. Judged parade entries will compete for prize money to support Idaho non-profits. Businesses, organizations, and families are all welcome to come together and show that United We Stand for a strong community, city and nation.

Boise’s 4th of July Fireworks

As is tradition, a beautiful fireworks display will launch from Ann Morrison Park on the 4th of July. Spend the evening at the park and enjoy the free fireworks show synced to music on 107.1 K-HITS. Fireworks are scheduled to fill the sky starting around 10:15 p.m. (dusk) on the 4th of July, but festivities in Ann Morrison Park begin at 6 p.m. Food and drink vendors will be on site with concessions available for purchase throughout the evening.
This year’s food trucks feature a variety of fresh fusion foods, sweet treats and summertime classics. Beer and wine will be available for purchase for those 21 and older. While enjoying a picnic in the park, cool off in the Ann Morrison Park interactive fountain as the water feature displays red, white and blue lights. Ann Morrison Park will be closed to vehicles all day on Friday, July 4, 2025 but people who plan to watch the fireworks are still welcome to ride-share, walk or ride a bike into the park throughout the day.
Meridian Independence Day Festival

Meridian City is looking forward to a grand fireworks display in Storey Park to celebrate Independence Day! The park will be open to families for picnics and fireworks viewing. Food trucks will be onsite at 4:00 pm for snacks and tasty local cuisine. Thanks to Meridian Speedway for partnering with the City of Meridian once again to bring this celebration to the people of Meridian. The fireworks display will be set-off from the back (east side) of the Speedway at dusk, at approximately 10:20 pm.
